VANILLA ICE CREAM FULL
My brew will be made with Blackberry, Boysenberry (blackberry + raspberry) as a spooky-looking black soft serve cone.Īs my friendly fellow mixer Apathy pointed out to me, give LB VIC a decent steep to reach its full thick buttery vanilla goodness. (pronounced HECK-ett) She was the head witch in Shakespeare's Macbeth brewing up potions in the bubbling hot black cauldron & SSMS Hecate's Brew 🐀 (Blackberry theme for 10/2/22) Overall % was 12.25 so I bumped hazelnuts and cream down to 2.75% just for Nachef. No need for sweetener, its pretty sweet as is. Vanilla Cream Extra: Everything overall was kind of thin after a week of steeping, so adding this took care of that. Vanilla Ice cream: The ice cream in the milkshake. Also a common ingredient in golden oreo recipes, so yeah it worked. Plus, realistically, you can put this extract in anything and it'll be delicious.īavarian Cream: Adds some more depth to the hazelnuts and cream. Hazelnut & Cream: an old school way to achieve that golden oreo frosting flavor, and still holds up.

So instead of scrapping it I just toned down the nuts, added some ice cream, and badabing badaboom golden oreo milkshake.Īlmond Cookie/Shortbread Cookies: The cookie, I've always enjoyed the combo of almond cookie and shortbread cookie. I was initially trying to make a shortbread cookie topped with hazelnuts, but wound up tasting really close to a golden oreo profile. This mix was actually a complete accident, but definitely a happy little accident.

Another all WF mix, thanks to the guys at Developed and Wonder Flavours for hosting this awesome challenge that's getting my brain moving.
